Somali Ads Network is a Telegram-based advertising platform connecting advertisers with publishers. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Advertiser Terms

• Deposits are non-refundable and used only for campaigns
• All ad content must comply with Telegram's policies
• A 5% platform fee applies on all transactions
• Campaigns require admin approval before activation
• Prohibited: adult content, scams, illegal activities

3. Publisher Terms

• Channels must have at least 1,000 subscribers
• Sponsored posts must not be deleted within 48 hours
• Deleting sponsored posts triggers violation penalties
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $30 USD
• A 5% platform fee applies on withdrawals

4. Violation Policy

• Level 1: 48-hour earning suspension
• Level 2: 7-day earning suspension
• Level 3: Permanent account suspension

5. Payment Policy

All payments are processed in USD. Available methods depend on your geographic location. Somalia users may use EVCPlus, PayPal, and USDT BEP20. International users may use PayPal and USDT BEP20.
